Âncora Clube

Instagram content designed to offer a moment of pause in the noise of everyday life.

Deliverables
Instagram system and posts

01The problem

Thoughtful content competes with an endless feed. If it does not slow the scroll in one second, it is not read.

02Research

  • Looked at the club's account before: posts made one by one, each with its own look, so the feed never read as one voice
  • Most of the content is explanation, for people who scroll past quickly: the idea had to land from the cover alone

03Why build it

Why it mattered
The club has ideas worth slowing down for, and the feed rewards the opposite. Posts made one by one never built a voice people would recognise.
The bet
If every post shares one calm system, people will know the account at a glance, stop for it, and save what is useful.
How I'd know it worked
Saves and shares over time, the signs someone wanted to keep a post or pass it on.

04How I built it

  1. Built a calm visual system that holds up across every post

WhyA small team posts for years. With a system, each new post starts halfway done and still looks like the account, without a designer rebuilding it each time.

  2. Paired strong typography with archive imagery to carry the message

WhyMost people only read the cover. Strong type lands the idea in one line, and archive photos give it weight and a sense of history.

  3. Kept a consistent rhythm so the account reads as one voice

WhyRecognition comes from repetition. Recurring formats, like the monthly calendar, give people a reason to come back and something worth saving.

05Why this way

  1. Carousels for anything that needs explaining

The cover asks the question and the next slides answer it, so one post can hold an idea without shrinking the text.

Set asideLong captions under a single image, which few people open

  2. Key words highlighted in teal

Someone who only skims still reads the three words that matter.

  3. Recurring formats, like the monthly calendar

A post people can recognise from a distance, and save, gives the account a rhythm and a reason to come back.

06What I tested

  • Tested

Watched which posts people saved and shared as the account went on

    What changed

Recurring, useful posts like the calendar became fixed formats, and explanations moved to carousels

09The result

A feed that feels like a pause rather than another interruption. What I took from it: a system is what lets a small team keep posting well for years, not a single great post.
